Long or short-term locum sonographer

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled sonographer to come and join a caring, supportive, customer-centric team working on the North Shore. Locum roles give you the opportunity to achieve better work life balance whilst also earning a higher hourly rate. To be considered for this role you must be registered with New Zealand MRTB and hold a current annual practicing certificate.

Key responsibilities:
​
* Produce high standard examinations with precision and care
* Accurate documentation and compliancy
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Commitment to patient care and ethical practices
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
​* Skills and experience in general, small parts, obstetric and gynae ultrasound. Musculoskeletal and vascular ultrasound would be advantageous but not essential

Experienced medical receptionist part-time
We are looking for an experienced, professional and well-presented medical receptionist to join our friendly team. This is a part time position working 3-5 days a week, some flexibility for the right applicant.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
​
* Greeting patients with warm and professionalism
* Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
* Verifying insurance information and processing payments
* Managing client forms and updating electronic records
* Responding to email inquiries and typing correspondence
* Managing office equipment
* Ensuring all patients find the practice welcoming and presentable
* Coordinate with the broader team to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:
​
* Have a minimum of two years experience as a medical receptionist
* Knowledge of the medical industry environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Sound computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems
* Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
* Have the undisputed ability to work unsupervised
* Contributing to overall team success
